ASIJ iRead Summer Challenge

Reading Takes You Everywhere!
Reading takes you everywhere, all it takes is a stack of great books and a commitment to read every day. Vacation reading will keep students’ learning moving forward — and there’s no better time for them to develop a lifelong habit of finding pleasure in books. So make books part of your vacation fun. What will your family’s summer reading “story” be?
Don’t forget…summer checkout for the ASIJ elementary library is June 4, 5 and 6! Students and families can check out a maximum of 25 books each. Books are due back August 24th. Please complete the digital permission form prior to summer check out click here.
This summer the ASIJ Elementary Library challenges all students in Grades K-5 to take the 10 book ASIJ iRead Challenge:
- Complete the reading log.
- Send us a virtual postcard of you reading somewhere in the world this summer.
- Repeat
- Return your summer reading log to the elementary library in August.
